All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post. This service is fully trackable once Australia Post have your order. Free shipping for all orders over $160 AUD.

A flat rate of $12 is charged at checkout for all orders under $160.

Need it pronto? We also offer express postage via Australia Post for a flat fee of $15 available on any order. 

New Zealand

Premium DHL Express shipping is free on all orders over $200 AUD, and $20 AUD for small orders less than $200 AUD. All orders are shipped with track & trace service.

International Orders (excluding UK & Europe)

All international orders are shipped using DHL Worldwide Express Service. This service is fully trackable once DHL have your order. Transit Time is usually between 3 and 5 Business days from the time you place an order on our site.

A flat rate of $25 is charged at checkout for all orders under $249 USD.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $250 USD / Any duty and custom charges are charged at the checkout for most orders. We calculate these charges based on your country's custom rules. Please see Duties and Taxes for further information.

We have FREE return postage for our Australian, US & Canadian customers only.

All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn).
All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund crtieria stated in the policy.
