Sale prices apply to barneycools.com listed product only, not applicable to affiliate stores, retail partners or their online channels. Independent stores carrying BARNEY COOLS product are not partners in this promotion and have the right to refuse price-matching as a result. Independent stores stocking BARNEY COOLS may run their own promotion but it is mutually exclusive to barneycools.com's promotion.

- Codes can not be used in conjunction.
- Promotion prices cannot be retroactively applied to orders made outside designated time period.
- If a product is further discounted it cannot be retroactively applied to your already placed order.
- 24 hour bonus sales only offered within specified times, no exceptions, and cannot be retroactively applied to orders made outside the designated time period.

RETURNS POLICY
- Items purchased on sale between Saturday November 20th and Wednesday 1st December 2021 PST are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If an item is faulty and you wish to return it, it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date.
- All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are: - unwashed - unworn; and - original tags still attached.
- If you believe your item is acceptable for return, you will need to fill out a Returns Form here and then a team member will contact you with instructions within 2 business days of receiving your request.
- All returns will be issued Store Credit
- There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale item will not be granted unless faulty.
- BARNEY COOLS will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product: - is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or - does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any BARNEY COOLS representative.
