Promotion opens 9am Monday November 18th and runs until 11:59pm Sunday 1st December 2024 (AEDT).

Barney Cools has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. 

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale is not valid in conjunction with any percentage off discount code including rewards points.

Promotion prices cannot be retroactively applied to orders made outside designated time period.

Returns Policy:

All sale items are final sale.

This applies to any items purchased on sale between 9am Monday November 18th and runs until 11:59pm Friday 29th November 30th November 2024 (AEDT) and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty/damaged and eligible for return, please contact our customer service team, explaining the issue with attached images for review.

If an item is deemed faulty, the return must be arranged within 14 days of your Order Purchase Date.

All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are:

- unwashed

- unworn;

and - original tags still attached.

There are strictly no refunds, store credits or exchanges on sale items unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
